"Any stay here. They will rip you off"

There wasn't one thing likable about this place, it was NASTY

The room was not as pictured, the I got there they put another 50 charge on my card, and the room is not what I paid for. I got ripped off

The staff attendant was doing the best he could to accommodate us.

The management. They did not give me the room I paid for, gave me a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke, and essentially forced me to upgrade to the room I did pay for by being inconsiderate and saying "if I don't like the room they provided, we can return the card key and contact booking.com for a refund". I have children with me. I wasn't going to find another place at that hour.
