The guy at the front desk was just awful to me and he made me cry. He was so mean and rude.

The location.

The ice machine gave me fears of black mold. The room was freezing. Not enough pillows. Not my hair in the bathtub. I know it's a reasonable place, but I paid enough to have a clean room.

"I’m only here because it’s close to my work"

He was close to my job. And that’s it.

It’s old and dumpy and dirty and outdated. Way too much money for what you get.
