Cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. a 10 - day advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Please note that full settlement of total reservation in cash or credit card (Visa and Master Card only) is required at least 3 days before departure at the cruise office or via bank transfer. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Chargeable transfer service (by either shuttle or private car) between Hanoi and Hai Phong is available upon request. For cost of service, kindly contact the property directly using contact detail found in the booking confirmation. Drinks or beverages will be charged according to the menu.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Très bonne prise en charge pour l’aller et le retour à l’hôtel. Bel accueil sur le bateau par tout le staff qui est exceptionnel,d’une gentillesse et d’une patience durant toute la croisière (ils sont au petit soin pour vous). J’ai apprécié l’activité cuisine et kayak. Chambre propre. Un énorme merci à Anna et à ? (la personne qui nous a appris à faire les nems le soir du 27 avril).

PEONY Cruise a trois bateaux.Pourquoi mélanger les croisières une nuit et deux nuits? Car si vous restez deux nuits et que vous ne faites pas l’activité du jour (car envie de profiter des paysages) vous avez un ballet d’aller/retour avec des petits bateaux et le grand bateau lui ne bouge pas! Je n’ai pas apprécié la quantité de plats proposés pour le dîner , j’aurais préféré un plat vietnamien tout simplement. Pourquoi changer les prénoms du staff?

"Peony Cruises - happy with my choice"

Our cabin was quite large, very clean and was really well appointed. We had a large bathroom including a bath, the balcony was reasonable size for small table and two chairs. The room was actually lovely and we were pleasantly impressed. For our two night stay there was good activities, including kayacking, cooking demonstration, Tai Chi and excursions. We did all of them and enjoyed them all. Cannot fault the food. Excellent choices for breakfast, plus brunch. Lunch on our day trip, and our evening dinners were each five or six courses and very impressive.

I'm finding it hard to find fault of Peony Cruises, maybe, if anything, the bed was a little firm, but we slept well. The staff were friendly and engaging and interested.
