We were amazed at the experience . We had a upgrade to the mon cherie. The room was great but we were most impressed with the service and how friendly they all were. Food also excellent

The prices of drinks were expensive for us. The bed was big but a bit hard

We had an enjoyable 3 day, 2 night tour of Halong Bay. The food was excellent and they catered for even the fussiest of guests. Ryann looked after us well in the restaurant and on the day trip to Cat Ba village. She was friendly, pleasant and informative.

Nothing inside the ship, everything was excellent from start to finish. All the boats in the bay look a little tired on the outside, could do with a lick of paint ?

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van onze 3 dagen 2 nachten tour. Als je aan boord komt val je in een bad vol luxe! Vooral Theng (aka Tom Cruise) en Ginny maakten het verschil. Oprecht vriendelijk en service gericht. We hadden een ruime kamer met ruime douche / bad. Het bed was medium qua hardheid waardoor we heerlijk hebben kunnen slapen. Klein balkon maar goed voor een bakje thee. Deze cruise had 2 kajak / zwem momenten, bezoek aan Cat Ba eiland en het bezoeken van de grot op het eind. Allemaal in de juiste volgorde, voor ons de beste itenary. Het eten is geweldig, de wijn aan de dure kant maar hoort bij de experience.

Extra hakjes in de douche zou fijn zijn.

Todo estuvo increíble. La atencion, las instalaciones, el personal, la comida, las excursiones. Todo impecable.

The crew is very gentle and help with everything, they score a 10, just like the food is good quality

The engine of the main boat make a lot of noise, starting 05:45 and smells terrible. The schedule is perfect for the company to host as much as possible people, but it is not great as visitor. Having breakfast before 07:00 is not a holiday. We had the most luxury room but we could not sit at the big balcony. Beside the smell of the engine the floor was black of the engine smoke. Our feet are still a bit black after 2 days and try to wash it a lot. Pullows on the chairs outside are gray of the black smoke.

Le bateau est très beau car il y a énormément de boiseries avec une ambiance très intimiste contrairement aux gros yachts ultra modernes. Mais c'est surtout le personnel à bord qui nous a subjugué. Un grand merci à Tam et particulièrement à Genni.
