Paradise Elegance Cruise Halong

Absolutely beautiful, clean spacious cabins, fantastic food, excellent care from the staff, well organised outings and all in all an amazing 24 hours!!!!!

The cruise was clean & the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were as exceptionally courteous. A special shout out to Vi at the restaurant. I was travelling with my parents who are vegetarian & I must say that the Indian vegetarian food on the cruise was the best that I had on my entire trip in Vietnam.

I really liked working with Annie in helping coordinate various aspects of the trip (answer questions, arranging transportation to the airport after the cruise, providing payment links). Without her help, I think it would have been a bit more difficult to make arrangements.

The transportation from cruise to the airport made an unexpected stop to a location to try to sell us stuff. As we were in a rush to get an earlier flight, this stop was not welcomed and we were not informed even after Annie confirmed it would be a direct trip straight to the airport. Also, I tried to book directly on your website, but for some reason, the booking request never went through. I had to go through booking.com to complete the reservation.

We recently completed the 2D1N cruise on Paradise Legacy in Ha Long Bay with our young child, and it was truly one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. From the moment we boarded, the entire crew made us feel welcome and well cared for. Traveling with a child can sometimes be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable throughout the journey. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. A special mention goes to JL, the Cruise Manager, whose dedication to customer satisfaction was exceptional. He was incredibly considerate, approachable, and always willing to assist with any request. His professionalism and genuine care for guests made a significant difference to our overall experience. The cruise itself was well-organized, the scenery of Ha Long Bay was breathtaking, and the activities were enjoyable without feeling rushed. We appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and the opportunity to create wonderful family memories together. We highly recommend Paradise Legacy to families traveling with children and anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable, and well-managed Ha Long Bay cruise experience.
