We had a great experience on this cruise. Communication from the staff was excellent both before and during the cruise, and the service was wonderful throughout. When my daughter became incredibly seasick, the staff went above and beyond to support her, providing medication, extra towels, and genuine care.

The bathroom needed a deep clean.

The whole process was very smooth from the beginning. We communicated with the cruise team via WhatsApp before the trip, and they always responded promptly with clear and helpful answers. Compared to other cruises we saw, this one is among the top choices if you’re looking for a cost-friendly option that still offers good service and a nice-looking cruise. The staff were very caring and professional, making us feel like part of a family on board. The experience was more relaxing than active, which is something to keep in mind when booking. There was a good variety of food, with a lovely dinner at the end. Everything was clean and quiet, making the cruise very enjoyable overall.

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Delicious variety. The brunch on the last day was fantastic. We loved the pancakes! The lunches and dinners were also excellent and we were always asked about our food preferences. The options for our children were also greatly recieved!

On one night, there was no water in the bathroom. I wanted to have a bath, so that was a shame. After some messaging, someone came out as soon as they could to rectify the situation.
