Great view most of time

Food was avg for the cost

Some parts are nicely decorated and high quality, but not everything, words to define it: “fake macarons as decoration”.

The overall process and interaction with the sales team was mess. They did not inform me of all details, against Booking.com policy I was contacted on WhatsApp and asked to use a payment link. They sent multiple links which of course Booking.com blocked. They changed the boat I initially booked without telling me selling it as a free upgrade, which is definitely debatable. I had to wait 30 minutes for the return transfer to the airport. Cleaned the toilet and shaving kit from the previous customer myself. I am not sure if the bed was changed. There was hair in the bed sheets. The floor was only cleaned in the middle of the room, same for the bathroom. Again hair in one of the salads. Most of the food was made with low quality ingredients. Once a bowl was finished they would not bother to refill. Except Teddy, who was great, the personnel was not properly trained, being clumsy, spoke limited English and even lack etiquette. The bay offers great views, though I recommend other companies.

Everything to start with - as soon as you enter the waiting Lounge to Board the Cruise , you are Served with a Welcome Drink . We were then give a Cabin on the lyra Cruise . This was absolutely stunning . The Interiors are super modern . The buffer lunch and the Specially curated 5 course Dinner was so unique - Fine dining at its best. The activities like kayaking and the water slide was so fun. I even attended the sunrise tai chi session by Gin and this was absolutely delightful. It felt so nice to breathe and learn about Body Control via tai chi. Really liked this morning session. The staff is so Kind. The room is really well done too with a balcony and sea view Bath TUB. Would definitely come back !

Everything was Perfect . Two days Felt less and we wanted to stay longer

With so many cruise options available at Ha Long Bay we weren’t sure which to go for - but we’re so thrilled we chose Capella. It was very well organised, Tom our cruise host was super friendly, approachable and communicated clearly. The food was excellent with an array of food catered to different requirements/cuisines. The rooms were well set up & comfortable - not mentioning the stunning view! Whats also really nice is that even though the cruise was fully booked, it didn’t feel like you were all on top of one another and there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the activities!

The only feedback would be that some of the towels and mugs in our room weren’t the cleanest.

This cruise was the perfect getaway, we couldn't of asked for anything better! Having never stayed on a cruise before I was slightly anxious, however the cruise completely exceeded my expectations, the staff were the most lovely people we could've met and the dietary requirements that were gave being vegetarians were exceptional! The ship was probably the nicest one that we saw, the rooms were luxury, we were just sad that we had to leave!
