Everything was perfect The team, the boat, the food, the activities. Very personal

It was just perfect 👌 from the beautiful facilities, to luxurious rooms, to the friendly and funny and always smiling staff, to the great activities and how smoothly everything goes, the great food and to how spacious the boat is for the quantity of people on board.. we were almost alone any time we went to any deck, and for the kids the slide was a highlight!

I wish we could stay longer..

Excellent entertainment, professional and friendly staff and fantastic facilities. The rooms were exceptional and very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Capella Cruise if visiting Ha Long Bay.

I have nothing bad to say about Capella Cruise: it was absolutely fantastic, and we loved every second of it. The staff were incredible: so friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. They really made the entire experience memorable. There were plenty of fun activities on board. The slide was unbelievably fun, and we loved the spring roll–making class and doing tai chi at sunrise. The staff also went above and beyond to make sure the people in our group with dietary restrictions were well taken care of as they made sure no one ever felt left out or hungry. The food overall was phenomenal. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also loved the itinerary: the cruise takes you to the caves first thing in the morning, which means you get the water all to yourself before any of the crowds arrive. And if you’d rather sleep in or skip kayaking/the smaller boats, you can always relax on the cruise instead. We did the 2 days, 1 night option. It went by quickly, but for us it was the perfect amount of time. Highly recommend this cruise as it was one of the highlights of our trip.

The cruise itself was spotless and looked brand new! The bedrooms all had baths with big windows facing out into the bay. The balcony was an added bonus to sit and chill. All of the guest areas are kept in top shape. Just stunning. The staff were all so welcoming and pleasant. Shout out to Chris, Nolan and Tommy for looking after us so well! The slide was so much fun !
