"I wish my query for a refund could have been attended as I did not feel safe staying at that property and I did request"

The place is not is a safe environment and the property does not look safe at all

When I tried to cancel and ask for a refund few hours after my booking I did not get any help I was charged for a property that I didn’t feel safe staying at

The room was showing exactly that it new not properly done inside. Another thing the only thing working rather in better condition was the bed

"I stayed because I had nowhere else to go. If it was during the day, I would’ve looked for another place."

It was nearby the airport.

It didn’t seem safe. Some windows were not secured. They didn’t have handles to secure them closed. The other door was unsafe too. I think they need to do more renovations and make sure the property is well secured and appealing to the eye.
