"Not quite as good as the price would suggest."

Lovely building and a comfortable room . Food was very good, dinner and breakfast taken. Quite location.

A long way from the Medina, staff not keen to provide breakfast before 08:30. No dinner available on first night despite the owner offering it.

Nicely located for people driving with own/ rented car. A bit in distance from the old medina, but for us it was a great plus. The breakfast was delicious! And there was so much food, that we couldn’t eat even half of it and have skipped lunch afterwards. We have booked a guided tour through Fes with the help of owner of the Riad - our guide - Ali - was amazing! He’s showed us highlights of Fes and took very good care of us, so we were not bothered by local “guides”. We felt safe and taken care of - strongly recommended!

There was very strong smell of roses inside - it can be considered as an added value, but for those who don’t like strong smells it might be a bit overwhelming.

Beautiful place! Lovely staff! Very clean and comfortable!

It’s a little distance from tourist sites (15 mins in a taxi) but worth the small amount in a cab to stay in such a nice house.
