Riad Fes Iline

Had a wonderful stay here during our week in Morocco. The riad itself is beautiful — a peaceful escape from the energy of the medina, with a lovely courtyard and rooftop. But what really made the stay was the staff, especially Hassan, who went above and beyond throughout. He was welcoming, helpful with directions and recommendations, and genuinely made us feel looked after from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent and the location made it easy to reach all the main sights. Highly recommend, and a big thank you to Hassan for the hospitality. Would happily return.

the staff were always helpful when asked for anything. The problem is that they have an air conditioner but seemed to only have 1 remote so it was moved from room to room - they did tell us that they would buy another one which really is needed especially as it gets into hotter weather. Breakfast was good - would suggest addition of yogurt as a protein for those that do not eat eggs - location was good and enjoyed the beautiful courtyard

some maintenance - tightening of toilet seat, remote for AC for each room, room was quite small and would be good to have a closet or a place to hang up clothes

Lovely family owned original looking Riad converter to accommodate tourists. Beautiful high ceilings,tiles and fittings. Nice seating area for all guests with great Moroccan breakfasts. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Having to walk past the wash basin, thru the shower to get to toilet was unique to any of the hundreds of places I’ve stayed in over my 50 years & 45 countries of world travel. The beds were run down, extremely hard with rocks for pillows making it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Very central location, friendly staff and clean rooms and good breakfast. Very pleasant experience.

Only issue we encountered was that the bathroom would flood quite easily after showering

The room was very clean, we booked the guide from the riad, and the dinner was amazing

Centrally located and the staff was friendly and kind.

No shampoo or other toiletries. Not a big deal as we had our own, but something to note for other guests.
