お部屋のシャワーから赤い水が出て来たのでびっくりしました。

"Séjour hors du temps, tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien de l'accueil aux aménagement."

Une navette permet le déplacement jusqu'à l'hôtel depuis un comptoir situé en face de la gare de Nara, on peut également y laisser ces bagages ce qui est un gros plus. Les bains et la chambre était parfait, repas et petit déjeuner très copieux

台灣籍的接待人員非常親切，對小孩也很有愛，讓人倍感舒適，環境乾淨，特別是因為位在半山腰，短短10分鐘車程，就能一睹整個奈良的夜景，非常超值，下次再來關西一定會納入行程再訪

Beautiful and peaceful location, easy to find the hotel shuttle at Kintetsu-Nara, lovely spacious room, great hospitality with snacks provided in the room and on arrival. Staff were very attentive, explained everything about the room, bath and meals in English to me, and laid out my futon for me while I was at dinner. Dinner and breakfast were both wonderful and provided in a room with a lovely view overlooking a small garden. Didn't make use of the public bath or bar but private outdoor bath with the room was wonderful!

Note that there is no exploring the area after arriving at the ryokan, it's up in the mountains and shuttle bus needed to get in and out. Not a downside for me but maybe for some
