這次去奈良旅行時入住，真的是一段非常棒的體驗。 特別是「一泊二食」的方案滿意度極高，每道料理都非常精緻且美味。 此外，工作人員的服務非常周到且溫暖，讓人能打從心底感到放鬆。 從大廳或房間望出去的奈良景色也非常壯觀。 無論是服務、料理還是環境都非常值得信賴，是一間非常推薦的旅館！

Amazing/ unique experience of Japanese culture. As a foreigner I'm impressed. Traditional food, traditional clothes, amazing view, hot onsen and friendly staff.

Too many traditional dishes, maybe make it easier for foreigners not used to this kind of food. It needs more instructions for people who don't know how to behave

The service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful. For dinner the size of each dish was perfect; not too big.

I would have liked an option for a harder or thicker pillow.

The private dining room and our own outdoor onsen were wonderdul. The staff, their attention and friendliness were outstanding, right down to lining up to wave us goodbye when we left. Shuttle bus and leaving the luggage by station also helped to plan our time. Unforgettable.

Nothing, the whole experience was so special. The building was slightly worn in places but that just added to the charm.

Nous avons été aux petits soins durant notre séjours. Des attentions agréables qui nous font sentir à l’aise des notre arrivées! Les repas sont incroyables, délicieux et tellement diversifiés! Au delà d’un simple hôtel, c’est une très belle expérience que nous conseillons.

Quelques peintures / tapisseries dégradés dans la chambre.
