スタッフの方が丁寧で親切な対応をしてくださいました。また行きたいです。

The welcoming was really lovely, given an options of yukata to choose from. We were taken to the room, it was so cosy and got to enjoy the facilites of the onsen (outside and in). The dinner was spectacular. One of the best dinners i had in Japan and to relax with friends.

It is up the hill, there isnt a path way to walk down, we had to catch a taxi to the centre or the shuttle. Either you stay there or can do taxi/shuttlebus

The view of Nara and the sunset from our room was magical. The onsen on the 2nd floor is really nice. The food was fabulous.

The property is old and needs maintenance. But it’s a huge property and it would be very costly.

Servizio navetta molto comodo, accoglienza calorosa, stanza confortevole, spaziosa. Gli abiti forniti erano comodi e carini. Abbiamo dormito molto bene, la struttura è immersa nel silenzio del parco.

Il personale non parla un ottimo inglese, ma alla fine siamo riusciti a capirci. La cosa che ci ha fatto abbassare il punteggio è stata la parte della ristorazione, già avevamo mangiato cucina kaiseki e ci è piaciuta tantissimo, qui il problema non era quindi lo shock culturale di mangiare pesce a colazione o altro, bensì proprio il sapore complessivo delle portate. Ad esclusione di pochi piatti che erano ok il resto non ha per niente incontrato i nostri gusti, a cena ci siamo sforzati, a colazione abbiamo lasciato praticamente tutto. Senza questo problema avremmo dato sicuramente un punteggio molto più alto!
