"Great location, in urgent need of updating, new owner is working on updating."

Great location, clean. Owner Wayne is very affable and welcoming.

Very dated, new owner is updating facilities. Large bathroom, small shower, no power points. Small tv, only a few channels. Limited power points throughout, poor lighting, especially the bedroom.

Very friendly owner meet me and made space undercover for my motorbike. Owners have recently take over and have plans on updating rooms. Room was clean and tidy. Was not directly on main road so was quiet and was an easy walk to town centre
