"Cute, comfortable & close to town center - Waimarie is a great bargain for your money."

The accommodations are a short walk from town center. We were able to walk to museums, the river, shopping and even the movie theatre. The hosts are extremely welcoming and accommodating. They gave suggestions on what to do in Nelson and they provide very affordable laundry facilities.

Nothing I could complain about. The rooms are screened off from the street with hedges/flowers and therefore there really isn't a view, but there is a semi private sitting area in front of the room where you can sit and enjoy coffee.
