Villaggio Idra residence

Die Anlage ist ein Traum, so gepflegt und grün und die Häuser haben einen super Blick von der Terrasse. Meer oder ins weite Umland mit seinen Olivenbäumen. Herrlich. Dazu der riesige traumhafte Pool mit ausreichend Schirmen und bequemen Liegen. Die Eigentümer bemühen sich sehr und konnten unsere Wünsche auch fast alle erfüllen. Wir mussten nach ein paar Ausstattungsgegenständen für die Küche oder Handtücher fragen aber die gab es dann ohne Probleme. Ist halt eher auf italienische Ausstattung und nicht auf deutsche ausgerichtet. Parkplatz ist ebenfalls da, sogar überdacht. Eine Autominute entfernt ist ein Supermarkt und der Strand ist mit dem Auto in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Pro Wohnung ist ein Schirm, eine Liege und ein Sitz am Strand inklusive. Das war toll.

Nicht gefallen ist zu stark und zu negativ aber wir würden uns wünschen das die Wohnung etwas gemütlicher eingerichtet ist. Es war sehr kahl, kein Bild, kein Kissen, keine minimal Dekoration die es ein bisschen persönlicher gemacht hätte. Aber das haben wir auch mitgeteilt und die Eigentümerin hat unseren Wunsch nachvollziehen können. Vielleicht kann man das ja in Angriff nehmen.

Keine Mahlzeit! Alles gut und empfehlenswert. Nette Besitzerin und ihre Familie. Sehr saubere Anlage und Pool, sehr schön mit tollem Blick! Fehlten noch einige Sachen in der Küche, aber alles bestens! Danke

In Grunde genommen alles gut!

Se cercate una vacanza all'insegna del relax in una struttura tranquilla, curata, completa di ogni servizio, vicina alla spiaggia e con vista sul mare e Vieste, questo è il posto giusto. Il villaggio è immerso nel verde, con un giardino curatissimo, un'ampia piscina con ammesso bar e angolo svago con ping pong e calcetto, parcheggio riservato e un locale lavanderia/stireria ad uso gratuito. L'appartamento ampio, pulito e con tutto il necessario.Materassi molto comodi, grandi armadi, doccia doppia, zanzariere. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l'ampia finestra in cucina, far colazione con vista mare e Vieste col suo faro è stato stupendo, sembrava di vedere una cartolina. La sera abbiamo invece sfruttato la comodissima veranda riservata di fronte all'appartamento. Cenare all'aperto con un po' di musica jazz in sottofondo circondati dal verde e dalla tranquillità è stato molto piacevole. Altro plus è la spiaggia convenzionata compresa nel prezzo facilmente raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti. Il parcheggio è proprio di fronte, diversi posti disponibili, la maggior parte gratuiti. Noi personalmente abbiamo sempre trovato posto senza dover arrivare all'alba. Spiaggia e mare bellissimi. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo cenato al ristorante del lido con veranda vista mare, fantastico. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria che ci ha accolto in maniera calorosa ed è sempre stata disponibile e premurosa. Siamo stati davvero bene, grazie.

This property offers several different types of rooms, from spacious and very comfortable apartments for families of up to five, to smaller double rooms. The rooms are well-equipped. They are quite spacious and clean, and minor flaws resulting from frequent use were not a problem. The biggest advantages of this place are its location (for those with a car) on a hill in beautifully maintained grounds with a wonderful view of the sea and Vieste, as well as the swimming pool and the staff. The pool is absolutely fantastic, along with a pleasant bar, and the host family is extremely kind and helpful.

It was absolutely perfect! Nestled up on a hill, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything. The grounds are gorgeous and meticulously kept, the pool is spectacular, the accommodations are simple, clean and comfortable. It’s quiet but still welcoming for families. Staying at the property gives you access to a spectacular beach, umbrella and chairs, just a short drive away!

Beautiful view, paradus for kids with a huge playground, clean house, very friendly owners, sea nearby and swimming pool in the living area. Perfect !
