Beautiful pool, quiet location and really helpful and friendly staff

Some basic things missing. Mugs and coffee/tea making facilities but boiling a pan of water resolved that and the staff gave us mugs to use when we asked. Pool bar rarely staffed to purchase drinks or snacks at the pool.

Sara and her family were excellent hosts, very freindly and helpful. We felt like part of the family! The villa we stayed in was very clean, tidy and spacious for us. We all really loved the pool too! Definitely the biggest and best pool we have seen for a long time!

Villaggio Idra residence is a lovely place. The apartment had everything we needed, the garden was so relaxing and the pool was beautiful and big with really clean water. The icing on the cake was the amazingly nice Sara, who was always helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!

We really liked the place. Very nice location on a small hill, so a constant little breeze from the sea and lovely well-managed green areas at Idra. For us a perfect hangout spot just 1 km from the more crowded beach facilities. Very nice pool area. We would love to come back!

Wonderfully maintained apartments. Clean. Pool was awesome and the cleanest we’ve ever seen! Host Theresa, Luigi and Sara were super nice and helpful.

Kitchen was not as well stocked compared to other countries (no electric jug or mugs). But basics provided and some lovely snacks. Hosts were accommodating and tried to help as much as possible.

Perfect location in beautiful surroundings. The hosts communicated very well prior to arrival and on arrival. We followed a few recommendations and were always pleased with these.

The only thing I would say was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, though I am a fussy sleeper

Incredible view, perfectly treated garden, loads of shade under the trees, playground, big swimming pool. The owners are super friendly and helpful.

The only missing thing was an electric kettle in the kitchen.

Me and my family have had a wonderful time at this place. The villa was brand new, the pool and its view of Vieste, the jewel of Gargano, were outstanding. The location couldn't be more strategic to explore the whole peninsula and the owners were very attentive and helpful. Our stay at Villaggio Idra definitely exceeded our expectations and it would be our first option in a future visit to this amazing corner of Italy.
