The steps to and from the property were a struggle as it’s steep and lot of steps - avoid if you have any issues. The bath towels were dirty from the previous stay covered in makeup or something dark and also smelt. No storage for bath products so had to sit on floor which got soaking Location is not in the best place to Uluwatu as we had to get lots of taxis everywhere which add up cost

View was absolutely amazing, and was so good to be next to the beach. Room was really nice.

We had to find the staff on check in and there was no staff around to get extra towels. Aircon was on a timer so it turned off every 30 mins which was so hot in the night when sleeping.

Very close to the beach. My room had a window with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is also a large terrace that you can use for working.

It’s hard to find when you arrive for the first time. Would be easier if they sent some instructions but they didn’t. They should also offer help with luggage because there is a lot of stairs

Location was good (when we eventually found it). Just few stairs to binging beach. Few restaurants on the same hill. Rooms were good

Location was hard to find and also we searched for receptionist for a while. Everything else except for a beach and few restaurants are far away. To nearest street with shops etc. first you have to climb lots of stairs and then 1km walk. Booking info described that there is hot tub or jacuzzi and a wellness "center", but there is not. At least not yet (1/2024). Except one bathtub in a little bit weird place which you can fill if you'd like. Lot of construction happening around so maybe earplugs would be nice if you wanna sleep in

We had a rat in the room !!! Also we did a late check in and waited for 20min in the lobby alone, without anyone welcoming us or answering. + no room service.

Spacious and clean .Super sea views .Friendly and helpful staff on hand at all times .90 steps down to Bingin beach .We were a family of 8 so lots of spacious areas to relax on 3 different levels .Nearby array of bars /cafés .Fresh fish at nearby Lucky Beach restaurant is a must .Would consider returning to this villa in future for a week’s stay .

Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as steep steps down to Villa .Rather difficult to find .Had to contact host by phone on the day as heard no details on how to reach Villa .Would have felt more valued a guest to have had more info before arrival .Staff will carry your cases down the steps .Upon departure ,you pay a nominal cash amount per case to take them back up steps .Monkeys visit the open lounge area to search for food so don’t leave phones /hats /chargers lying about .One or two showers not working efficiently in couple of the bedrooms .Curtain poles in couple of rooms need rawl plugs redoing .

Staff was horrible

- Unreal views - Big living area

- Didn’t take the payment through booking.com and wanted it through either bank transfer or cash - The steps to get to and from the villa were hell - Monkeys entered our villa and made a mess - Not the cleanest - In a quiet location
