it’s very difficult to find this hotel , a lot of stairs especially when you travel with suitcase, the shower in our room didn’t work so we have been pushed to go downstairs to the public shower in hotel , not sure if the bedding were changed after previous customers

staff was terrible, haggled for money every time they were at the house. ripped me off for porters and claimed we took more from the “not free0 fridge than we did

the location, staff, and relaxed vibe was insane. spacious and also close enough to things yet far enough to feel secluded from everything

you need to pay cash on arrival or a transfer, even tho it states on Booking.com that they take payment before arrival, this could be a small issue! the whole place just needs a tidy up and a couple of the rooms downstairs didn’t smell too great!

There was no breakfast. But there is a coffee shop just down the stairs decent coffee and lovely folks down there. If you want to make the most of this place, please hire a BIKE. Visit Seed and Goosberry restaurants in the area… the food and hospitality will NOT disappoint.

So, I wasn’t prepared for the 60 odd steps one needs to climb to get to the property. Also the map led me everywhere but the location. But when I got there, Hiro the caretaker of the stay was just amazing. He walked with me and fetched my suitcase and walked with me back. The absence of a kettle in the room or some knick knacks was a concern. The place is really on the beach so the view literally one flight of stairs down is DIVINE.

The family and staff who run this property are nice. the location is good- lots of stairs be prepared for that and pack light.

It smells so bad from the mould so if you have mould sensitivity/ allergy, it’s very likely going to make you sick with pneumonia/ cough like I am after staying there. There is a lack of signage to indicate how to get there so more details from hotel would be great.
