Nice and clean, good location and easy reach from the car park so not far to unpack the car.

It was a bit cold at first but warmed up really well with heating provided. Weather didn't help but it is February!! Property had everything we needed for a short stay.

We had such a lovely time we’ve booked again. Everything we needed in the caravan and fantastic area to explore. Dogs allowed was a bonus

It was cold in the caravan but heaters were provided.

Location being peaceful.

When we arrived no heating was on. Was very cold and had to wait 2 plus hours to warm up enough on take coats off. Not good with a disabled child. Only found the heating switches for the bedrooms by chance. We wasn’t expected a full blown entertainment venue as it’s off season but we do think the bar would’ve been open which the read up for the caravan didn’t say anything about everything being shut. It said there was a bar on site but all shut. Also the shop which was advertised was non extistant. One of site shut till March and one by the entrance has been transformed to houses.

Upon arrival the whole caravan stank of stale smoke, I instantly noticed the dirtiness of the cushion covers/sofas in the lounge, they were marked and brown with dirt. The toilet seat hinge was broken so every time you sat down you had to hold on so you didn’t fall off! The glass had smashed in the boiler and looked black and charred and the plastic melted. There was no smoke alarm in the property, I actually found it shoved into a cupboard. The children were both cold so I said I can turn the heater on for them in their bedroom, which is when I realised the roof was leaking into the heater itself!! Coupled with the fact the smoke alarm wasn’t working, this doesn’t bare thinking about. We came to make the beds and realised the bedding was damp and smelt dreadful but by this time the shops were shut so we had to use them for that night. The next morning I’ve had enough of my feet sticking to the caravan floor and decided to clean them. There was black mould throughout the caravan which again is very poor for anyone’s health, it was clear the beds had not been moved so it could be cleaned properly.

My baby Grandson who’s crawling was drawn to the pebble electric fire -so we had to keep it off, and it was chilly, but it was November!

The caravan was comfy and heating worked quickly to ensure it wasn't too cold overnight. Beds were comfy and shower was hot as long as no other water was running at the same time. Tv worked well and WiFi was good. We took our own ninja but the rest of the kitchen equipment was good and plentiful. The facilities were good and pool was nice. Didn't realise it was as hilly as it is in the park but we dealt with it and its very dark at night as no lighting around the walkways so torches are recommended but this isnt a negative for the caravan, its the park. Just what we needed for a small break.

The bedding/pillows we took got damp and wet as the walls of the caravan were soaked because of the weather but the weather is out of the control of the owner. The caravan could do with a freshen up but it is what it is as its a family caravan
