When we arrived at the property it was dark and was set up in the back. The next morning there was a nice view of the sea.

When we went there the hot water was not working I tried calling the owner sent messages but no reply until I went the next day to the front office for help They also refused to help as the caravan was not run by them After trying to contact the owner by WhatsApp we were able to contact him that afternoon after 4pm until which we didn't have any hot water. After waiting for another 2 hours the maintenance people came to fix the water heater and finally went had hot water. We had a 5 year old child and we couldn't use freezing water to do all the chores. It was disappointing experience

It was clean and tidy could do with a little tlc

Lovely stay and warm interior, pity location hilly.

Entertainment staff and cold bar area.

Facilities provided by a private owner on the site.

Hilly nature of whole site and pricey bar drinks.

It was clean and comfortable and had everything there you needed

The location, perfect as a base for local attractions in North Devon

Caravan was very tired and smelt damp. Tried to clean the caravan before we left, but the vacuum was broken

Value for money / great location

The caravan is a bit tired looking

Nice caravan. Old fashioned but comfortable, allowed a BBQ. Good value

There was someone else's food in the cupboards which was a bit weird

All lovely.

Was promised WiFi but neither free nor paid was available and I had planned on doing work
