32 Parklands

I did like this value for money break away. It was different. The woods were calm and bright It was a pleasant experience but would not stay again mostly due to location of the holiday park, and because I don't drive would be unable to carry the extra bags needed for bedding and towels.

I didn't like that beds were not made up and bed covers and towls were not provided. I hadn't realized that the on site swimming pool you had to buy entertainment passes for which worked out really expensive. The holiday park did not have many places to eat and the fish and chips shop smelled awful like they hadn't changed the oil in a while. It is tricky to get to unless you drive.The costal wooded path leads down to a rocky beach but there is a nice waterfall when you eventually get down there ....

there is mould and needs general update

Camper living is akin to living on a sailboat. Tight but economic.

Front door didn't lock. Made for a security issue.

caravan was clean and tidy

sofas were really uncomfortable and hard, bed uncomfortable, grill not working properly, tv far too small and intermittent reception, wi-fi went down on second day, site not disabled friendly

The Coast Path is a few hundred meters away.

You need to bring your own bedding

Leaving

Ants getting all over my phones & plugs. Heating only working in the master bedroom. Shower was an experience either 3rd degree burns or frostbite. Mold in the shower. The 1 inch thick mattress in the main room was a bit lumpy.

Location and view brilliant. Caravan was comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy access. Value for money, will stay again.
