They was a crack pipe in the kettle when my partner went to use it and the room sunk and the toilet would pour out water when flushing it

Booking.com emailed me and said no meal facilities or staff onsite and if i wanted to answer back and cancel and they would refund the money. They didn't or haven't yet so strongly urge everyone to never use them ever.

"Didn't stay there and very disappointed"

When my work colleagues arrived, there was people in one of the rooms that we had booked and the other room had not been cleaned and smelt of cigarette smoke. They had to find accommodation else were on short notice which cost more money. I would like someone to call me ASAP to speak about a full refund.
