Hotel pulito e con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, se cercate un ryokan autentico, questo non è proprio il posto giusto: si tratta principalmente di un hotel tradizionale in cui è stata ricreata l’atmosfera del ryokan all’interno delle camere. Esperienza comunque piacevole, ma diversa da quella di un vero ryokan.

Impeccable. Etablissement magnifique, chambre spacieuse et personnel très gentil et serviable ! La dame de l'accueil m'a aidé avec mes valises et m'a conseillé un meilleur itinéraire pour la suite de mon voyage. Elle a aussi attendu le taxi avec moi et m'a écrit un petit message sur mon carnet de Goshuin, vraiment adorable !!!! Je recommande
