The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. She gave us advise on where to see the glowworms. And also proactively asked our next destination and advise us on the route. Nice place for star glazing too.

The lights on the ground floor is activate by pulling a cord. It has to be pulled down really really hard. There is a sign near the switch telling us about it but my hard wasn't hard enough and had to seek help.
