The location and activities were incredible. We particularly loved the stars in night sky, glow worms and swimming at the waterfall. I would recommend staying a night or two here, or even chill for a week.

I understand there can be frustrations and we all can have bad days. I would suggest not venting with customers. It would have been good to upsell other services like the hot tub on check-in.

Lovely quiet location deep in the mountain environment. Beds in the cabin met expectations. Glow worms performed on cue

Overpriced for a cabin requiring shared bathroom and cooking facilities. Review would be more positive if price was sub $200 per night for a cabin

Very disappointing check-in experience. The man at the reception was rude and unhelpful during check-in. Instead of being welcoming, his attitude made the process stressful and unpleasant. This is not what I expect when arriving at a campsite after a long journey. I would not recommend this place based on the service received.

Fabulous setting and beautiful buildings and park. We stayed at powered sites for camper vans. Beautiful sites with water and power. Very comfortable lounge/kitchen. Friendly staff on reception.

Gas stove had element not working. Only two stoves for everyone. No teaspoons. Kitchen seemed a little neglected. Shower did not go above warm on a cold day.

Moden cabins, we had one close to the toilet/shower blocks so didn't have any issues with that. Awesome view of surrounding mountains and staff were super friendly! Facilities were super clean too

Shower I used in the ladies toilet was broken so had to hold the shower head the whole time which was a little annoying but nice pressure and temperature!
