Wonderful Spotless clean property, great place to relax and rejuvenate

Staff attitude and only spot not clean the wash basin in my toilet.

Wonderful luxury stay with exceptional meals. If you want to sample high end Japanese fine dining and classic hot springs bathing then this is perfect. They also coped wonderfully with the fact that I don’t eat meat.

As a dream bucket list holiday - I always dreamed of being up in the mountains and staying somewhere I considered to be truly authentic It was beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were perfect.

The lighting in the dinning room was too bright / exposed lightbulbs killed the ambience of the setting. Lower light of softer shades would avoid people sensitive to lights / migraines would help. But that’s is the only thing we could fault It was a truly beautiful experience and the private onsen rooms were lovely setting for R&R during a 2 week travel

El sitio es increíble. La zona es todo de hoteles del mismo tipo, apenas hay más que árboles y montaña alrededor. Es para ir a disfrutar del hotel, no necesitas nada más del exterior. El pequeño onsen privado de la habitación es una maravilla. La habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Pero sin duda, lo mejor es la atención y servicio del personal. Además, los baños exteriores de uso semipúblico están muy bien. Con vistas a las montañas. La cena y desayuno de tipo kaiseki son espectaculares, muchos platos al estilo menú degustación de la zona, con amplia variedad de verduras, carne de hida, pescados… Un lugar maravilloso para pasar un día especial.

Bunca zaman kaldığım oteller arasında en iyi hizmet veren otellerden birisiydi. Muhteşem bir deneyim oldu.
