Wir hatten Zelte gebucht , aber sollten in kleinen Hütten ohne Toilette und Dusche übernachten.Nach langen Diskutieren und reden wurden wie in einem anderen Resort untergebracht. Das war Klasse ! Das Personal vor Ort konnte für die Überbuchung nichts . Haben uns gut unterstützt.

Proximity to the Mara National Park

The non availability of items on the menu. Very limited choice The ambiance in the dining area could improve Hot water takes long to heat up therefore lots water wastage before heated water arrives.

Conventionally located near the Sekenani gate to the Maasi Mara national park.

The check in staff were not friendly at all. They were not aware of our booking and struggled to find it and treated my family as if we were unannounced drop ins taking a chance despite me showing them proof of the booking and communicating with someone from the establishment via booking.com. The check in staff initially promised us a room close to the reception and our car but when realising it was for only one night changed their story and placed us in one of the furthest units in the property. A long unpleasant walk at night with loads of luggage and a crabby toddler did not make our stay enjoyable at all. Also over priced for what you get. You basically paying for the location to the gate.

I really enjoyed the time here, the room and the surroundings are very nice and the staff is lovely

The restaurant area is not so cozy and it is hard to book a tour through the accommodation for masai Mara, which is not private

The tents were at the level of higher price camps in the same area, except maybe the more simple settings for the bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom were always very clean, there was hot water in the shower and hot water bottles were provided every evening. The staff was very friendly. A special mention to Chef Harrison who made hearty and healthy dinners, including delicious soup. Alex too was particularly efficient and helpful. The camp is furthermore very conveniently located, at less than 10mn from the reserve. We were a group of 10 (young and older family members) and we all had a great time in Tayari camp. Highly recommended !

The camp did not have the extra details that some camps propose (tea/hot water in bedrooms, common living room...) but it did not bother us much. The staff kindly provided hot water upon request, kept things for us in the fridge and was very flexible for meal time.

Value for money. Local experience.

Bad water flow at shower

Goed toegankelijk met normale auto, enkele minuten van hoofdingang natuurpark, super locatie met fantastisch uitzicht over vallei, gave en ruim opgezette tenten, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Communicatie kan beter, met name prijzen van maaltijden en trips, wat is inbegrepen en wat niet? Beperkt en beetje duur geprijsd buffet, 'a-la-carte' blijkt in werkelijkheid 'eten-wat-de-pot-schaft'
