River Coquet Luxury Hot Tub Retreat

The whole experience was great!

There was no sponge or cloth to clean pots with

Beautiful caravan and hot tub.

Not advertised as been on a caravan park, states luxury retreat . Therefore, it was assumed that it would be a small site of lodges with hot tubs. When we realised it was actually on the caravan park, none of the staff knew where the caravan was, and they weren't very helpful, nor were they willing to help. All the details we had were what is advertised on booking.com, no details as to how we got the keys etc. The contact number we had went straight to the answer machine, (we was told later by the owners wife that he was working out at sea), would have been helpful to have an alternative number that someone would answer. We had to drive around the caravan park until we found it. Luckily, the owners wife was cleaning the van. Eventually, she gave us the key lock code. Had we arrived later, then I am not sure what we would have done.

The property is lovely, owners have made best use of the space possible. Decor and facilities were very nice and apt for use.

As to be expected with a static caravan the place was very small. Hot tub as nice as it was looked like it could use some TLC. The price was extortionate for size of property and length of stay.
