Economy Inn Richmond

Today 18 JAN 2025 NOT Resolve , NO FIX IT , At first, it would seem to be a good low-cost stay... Relatively new rooms, friendly service... however I left a day early due to my return flight being advanced... I went to Mr. Patel ( Manager) requesting the checkout and the refund of the US$50.00 that was paid on my international platinum card, he said that everything was fine, that the refund would be on my card in two weeks... but it didn't happen. .. SRo. Patel resolve this awkward situation Fix This. Immediately... The amount on my card had not yet been withdrawn according to your word... Fix that Mr. Patel.. bad impression...

excellent value. everything was as seen, comfy beds, accessible electrical outlets everywhere, good reading lamps easy to turn off from bed, easy to access highway and local towns, walkable coffee and food, etc. heat and AC easy and responsive, I loved the fact that there was clean flooring instead of skanky carpeting!

nothing, really. it is a bargain motel with better than exepected ammenities.

The facility was clean and very well kept staff is friendly enough and it formative overall the place had a comfortable feel to it

We didn't like the person that must be acting manager the way that she treated the maid she brought her into her room and proceeded to yell at her another language we felt that was disrespectful to the employee and to us as well she could have taken the employee somewhere else to talk to them about whatever it was it was bothering her for

The towels and amenity’s in the hotel room (need more) hair dryer would of been nice

Very clean and well run. We were very comfortable using it as a base to explore San Francisco and surrounding area. Managers very helpful.
