"Local hot spot"

This hotel is a typical local spot that people go who live close that may need a night away from home or a a quick hookup for the single folks. Pretty cheap considering the other hotels near by. Lock your car here.

"Clean, not so quiet, in a rundown, but close to Rosie the Riviter exhibit"

I chose this place because it had the best reviews with a reasonable price, close to Rosie the Riviter WW II National Memorial. It is basic accommodations. The neighborhood is iffy. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I had a very nice room. Looked remodeled. No elevators. No breakfast. Coffee is in the room. I had a tv, frig, microwave, and a queen size bed. Very comfortable. I could hear the street noise. I slept fine.

"Great value, great location"

My family of 6 (with 4 young children) found the room clean, comfortable, and adequately sized. We booked the double-queen room. Location was great and had convenient freeway access in 2 directions. Walking distance to great restaurants/cafes. Other clientele were friendly, if a bit rough. Looked like a lot of traveling tradesman were staying there. Felt safe. Enjoyed our stay.

"LA/San Francisco 2016"

We arrived at the hotel on monday, as part of our LA/San Francisco trip. We booked through booking.com, maybe we could have paid less if we'd booked direct. We stayed in room 138. We found proprietors to be extremely helpful, with details about the BART & Buses. We had no issues with the room, it was clean, & very comfortable. We noticed some undesirables hanging around & can't understand why they are not removed as we noticed there was a camera above the rooms looking at the car park. We would stay here again Ron & Sue,Sussex England
