Riad Al Massarah

Le Riad est très bien placé. Notre chambre était très spacieuse (Ils ont été adorables car ils nous ont surclassées: sous prétexte qu’il leur restait une suite inoccupée ils nous en ont fait profiter, naturellement et sans majoration de tarif )Le personnel y est adorable, très à l’écoute mais discret. Il y règne une atmosphère quasi familiale que nous avons beaucoup appréciée.

Le riad est très bien placé dans la médina et quand on rentre de balade on se retrouve au calme, très bien accueilli. Tout le personnel est charmant et au petit soin pour nous faire plaisir. Le riad est très agréable on se sent comme chez nous. Hammam et massage super. Très contents de notre séjour. Grand merci à Leila, Aïcha et TOUT le personnel. Je recommande !

Notre lit était un peu raide et les oreillers durs. La clim n'est pas très forte. Peut être ajouter une paillote sur la terrasse car les protections ne suffisent pas. C'est plutôt des recommandations car nous avons apprécié notre séjour

Riad Al Massarah is an absolute gem — a true oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of Marrakech. The riad is beautifully and tastefully designed, with every comfort thoughtfully provided to make the stay perfect. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. The staff are simply fantastic: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Every detail reflects care and authenticity, making this place not just accommodation, but a memorable experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay in Marrakech.

The peope were really nice, helpful and thoughtful. The location is really good, everything is in a walkable distance and it made the city sights easy to explore. the breakfast was served at the rooftop and it was really good. I can confirm that everything was perfect and i can only recommend it.

Amazing location right in the heart of the Medina without any noise, staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing at the rooftop, the riad was nicely furnished and pretty, simply just can’t complain about anything.

Algum ruído na limpeza durante a manhã. Deve melhorar o serviço de pequeno almoço, nomeadamente na recolha de louça usada que fica demasiado tempo nas mesas.

We spent 4 days in this Riad and had a fantastic time. The Riad is located in the Medina, where cars cannot access directly, so you walk a couple of hundred meters from the nearest street reachable by car — a real and authentic experience. The buildings and rooms are very clean, newly renovated, and stylishly furnished with great taste. As lively and turbulent as the city is, the Riad itself is incredibly relaxing. It was always very calming to return there after a day in the city, and I really appreciated that. You can barely hear any outside noise once inside the Riad. And the staff — they are brilliant! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you again for that! We also enjoyed fantastic breakfasts, good coffee, lovely teas, and strong, reliable Wi-Fi :-).

Es un alojamiento de muy buen gusto y de comodidad en sus habitaciones. Gran servicio y limpieza. La ubicación es buena una vez que te haces con la zona, al prinicipio es muy laberinto, pero luego te permite ver un poco la vida de la gente. El desayuno excepcional.

Quizás que el agua de la ducha esté más caliente.
