Manageress Aïcha and her team have truly mastered hospitality. The service, waiting, and housekeeping staff were exceptionally calm, methodical, friendly, respectful, and patient. Mornings began with authentic traditional breakfasts, fresh juices, and flawless coffee from Juno the barista. We enjoyed rejuvenating Flow Yoga sessions with Stephanie at Dar Anis, perfect for both beginners and advanced yogis, alongside Samira’s exceptional onsite Hammam. Unforgettable highlights included a guided hike to Imlil with Mohammed, a deeply caring Berber guide, and Leila’s delicious, scratch-made authentic dinners. Thoughtful touches, like bringing traditional shawls to our taxi in the pouring rain, defined the service. To MG, the owner: your staff are an absolute credit to you. What an extraordinary team you have built!"

We spent 3 nights in a dazzling picturesque location surrounded by a very kind staff. During breakfast, you can watch hot air balloons drifting around the Atlas Mountains if you wake up early enough. We’ll definitely come back again!

It's been my second time in this hidden garden in the heart of Marrakech. Riad al Massarah is the kind of place that stays with you for your lifetime. We spent four days here with friends, and it proved to be a true breathing space. The rooftop, the stillness, and the immaculate rooms all felt so invigorating. The hosts were warm and effortlessly kind. Breakfast was unhurried under the open sky on the rooftop. If you’re looking for a place actually to feel Marrakech rather than pass through it, this is it. We’ll be back.

Beautiful hotel, perfect staff service. They were really kind and helpfull all the even we arrived late at home. Breakfast on rooftop was amazing including food and panorama as well.

We had a great stay at Riad Al Massarah. I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to this time. We would normally book a hotel but I was advised to go for a good Riad to get the proper medina experience and it didnt disappoint. Aisha, Juno, Ayoub, Khalid manage the place superbly, Laila is an amazing cook dishing up egg tagines for breakfast and a variety of tagines for dinner, Juno makes an awesome cortado, Soufain will do whatever is required from lighting fires to keeping the pool looking nice, Ayoub and Khalid are super helpful for anything else you may need in the day, the cleaning team do a solid job and you will often see Abderrahim though the night. Everyone works very hard to keep this place humming.

Nothing. Only challenge we had was the weather and that meant we didnt get to use the rooftop for breakfast, drinks etc and didnt have the al fresco experience

Wunderschönes,neues Riad. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Riad verfügt über eine sehr tolle Dachterasse zum chillen, ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem ist alles sehr leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Früheres Frühstück war nach Absprache kein Problem. 100% weiterzuempfehlen
