Riad Al Massarah

Second time here . Experienced same warm hospitality. Stayed at the new wing and really enjoyed it. Nice bathroom, good noise and light isolation for a great sleep. Breakfast is rich and coffee is great.

We were met and taken to the Riad which is helpful as you need to get your bearings, from the moment you step through the doors it is an oasis of calm. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, we really felt part of the family. The room we had was lovely and cool and had plenty of room. The spaces across the Riad make it very comfortable. The Breakfast was outstanding and varied. I had the Hammam and massage whilst staying in the Riad and was a really enjoyable experience. I would always recommend for friends and family to stay with the team at Riad Al Massarah.

When we arrived it was a very cold day in Marrakech so the solar panels had not heated the water but we informed the team but the weather heated up and we had a super hot shower since then. It can be noisy in the Riad if you have inconsiderate guests.

The tranquility, peace & decor of this Riad is exceptionally beautiful. The service also from all staff members is second to none with nothing being too much trouble & the breakfasts are amazing! We liked the area too as it's a little further away from the main square & souks. The manager Aicha was a dream & helped us stay an extra night in a wonderful room. Can't wait to return & stay there again :-)

The bedroom we booked was just a standard one which was pretty basic & small with quite a hard bed & very thick pillows therefore we didn't get the best sleeps. We also heard a lot of outside noise from our room, as we were situated near the main front door, including some very noisy British guests who had no respect for others sleeping at 4am when they came back in!! Our manager did speak to them though about this so we do not blame the Riad for that issue. We will definitely book a superior room when we return.

Exceptional place to stay in the Marrakech. We had a wonderful few days at Riad Al Massarah. From a late welcome with all the staff coming to say hello to the day we left we were looked after, had the best tagine I have ever had from their amazing chef. I cannot wait to come back again.

We spent 2 days in this unique Riyadh with the family. It was so relaxing to come home after a full day of bustling city life. The Riad Al Massarah itself is in the Medina, but in a quieter part. It has been renovated very nicely and has been taken care of every little detail. From the roof terrace you can see the snowy peaks of the Atlas and you can sunbathe after a tiring day. I recommend trying the Hammam and massage, and don't miss the chef's delicious dinner. We had the most delicious food here during our 2-week tour of Morocco. Thank you for the experience.

A very stylish riad. Centrally located between the souk and the new town (Jardin Majorelle) on a quiet side street. We stayed there for five nights and were served a different breakfast each morning on their cosy roof terrace. We had dinner there once in the evening and it was excellent. The staff were very helpful, no request was too much trouble and they were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this riad.

Das wunderschöne Riad hat eine sehr gute Lage, am Rande der schöne Medina in einer ruhigen Gegend, auch der moderne Teil von Marrakesch ist gut erreichbar. Auf der schönen Dachterrasse frühstückt man mit direktem herrlichen Blick auf das Atlasgebirge. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man bekommt gute Tipps für Ausflüge, auf Wunsch auch organisiert. In dieser Unterkunft fühlt man sich wie bei Freunden aufgenommen, mit wunderschönen traditionell eingerichteten Zimmern, alles was das Herz begehrt.
