The location was perfect, the gardens were great to walk on and look at the views of the Royal Natal, the pools were clean, and we all enjoyed them, the restaurant had some great options with friendly staff, the spa treatment was great, and the staff was very friendly and professional.

We spent 2 nights in chalet 11 which was not cleaned before we arrived. It smelled horrible and my family has sinus issues. The least that can be done is open up the chalets to let the air in if it hasn't been booked in a while and vacuum the carpets. Pillows need proper cleaning we couldn't use them. After complaining the chalet was cleaned the second day and that's when they added the hand soap too. We extended our stay and moved to Chalet 19 which was way better and clean. There seems to be birds living in the ceiling though so that needs to be checked as well because, one might think it's rats because there's constant movement that's quiet disturbing especially if you have kids that are scared of everything. We've stayed here before which is why we returned but the 1st night almost ruined my birthday and holiday.

Our stay was awesome despite the heavy rain on arrival with beautiful sunshine thereafter Views were spectacular...Will be back soon.
