If I could give this riad 100 stars, I would. Riad Jnane d’Ô was not only the most beautiful place I stayed in Morocco, but genuinely one of the most special places I’ve ever stayed anywhere in the world. From the moment you walk through the doors, the chaos of Marrakech disappears and you’re transported into this serene, elegant oasis tucked inside the medina. Every detail is stunning from the architecture, the courtyard, the rooftop, the suites, the candles, the breakfast spreads...it feels like stepping into a dream. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is Jacqueline. She is the definition of hospitality: warm, thoughtful, gracious, and deeply caring. She made me feel less like a guest and more like I was being welcomed into someone’s beautiful home. Her recommendations, kindness, and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The riad itself is immaculate, peaceful, and impossibly charming, while still being perfectly located for exploring Marrakech. Coming back each evening felt like returning to a sanctuary. Thank you, Jacqueline, for creating such a magical place.

Beautiful, traditionally restored riad. Wonderful and welcoming host Jacqueline gave us lots of recommendations and advice, which made the stay exceptional. Room was very comfortable and cool with air-conditioning, despite the high temperatures outside, made for a good night sleep. Excellent location for exploring on foot.

There is nothing to dislike about this property. Anyone that finds fault here cannot be pleased. The host is generous warm and informative. Our room was large with a separate sitting area a beautiful bathroom with sunken shower and a very comfortable bed. The property is close to everything and is on the edge of the Medina. It is quiet and peaceful. Many people that have stayed here comment on how it is a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Once you walkswalk through the doors of this Riad, you will understand why.

The owner was proactive in every respect and facilitated our arrival and departure. The staff were lovely, breakfast too plentiful (!) and the coffee great. The atrium was lovely and the room very comfortable.

The main bed was against the wall; understandable in a Riad with narrow rooms but slightly inconvenient.
