Location - similar to a corner house - providing excellent night view and morning view of the boat houses. 5. Room (be ready to compromise a little on the speed of the lavatory jet pipe - this is a limitation of the infra - lack of height, and not of the service) 6. Relationship of the caretaker Mr. Kurshid, with the shikara drivers, who were always willing to oblige him. 7. Allowed early check-in.

Me and my entire family were very pleased by the hospitality received. The service was really good, with polite and supportive staff members. The food was really delicious. Breakfast and dinner had variety of dishes, and all were delicious. It's a value for money. Looking forward to more stays here in future visits to Srinagar and would recommend this houseboat to others as well.

Especially thankful to Waseem ,who provided the best hospitality experience .He has provided all the local details about Kashmir. I will definitely visit this place again .We were a small group to stay at this Houseboat. We are staying a total of 04 days. The service was very good. In the dining area Mr Khursheed & Gani are very courteous and helpful. Especially Waseem , Younis , Suhail and the live kitchen chef Shaziya. Thanks to all the staff that made us stay comfortable ..
