PASADENA Floating Houseboat

This house boat is just like a memorable place for us. The staff are very cooperative and cordial. The food was also as per our expectations. The services are also excellent. During our stay in Feb 2023 weather was very good. We had left one bluetooth ear bud there in the room, but they returned it to us with a good note.

Amazing hospitality by the owner and the staff, amazing location and accessibility. We had an amazing experience.

There are many Houseboats in Dal lake, but my review is 5star for this House Boat Pasadona,Why? Trust me on this people here are so cordial and so much known for their hospitality especially Waseem Bhai,you may get every facilities available in any House Boat but true hospitality is what differs,I am truly thankful to all the people of Kashmir from the bottom of my heart for their hospitality. NB: I never knew Waseem Bhai before coming to kashmir,I came here after seeing many positive reviews what people have experienced,if you want to go kashmir go for this House Boat Pasadona Houseboat, they provide best services possible and are genuinely good people.

It is very nice place to stay. It is near to Gate no 09 in Dal lake.. The interior is good. The cleaning is up to good level. The staff is also very good. The front view from here is very nice. The room are very spacious. Three to four house boats are connected. A large family or a family party can be easily organised here. I will recommend this place. The dinning Hall and multi purpose Hall is very decorative which will attract you a lot. I liked this place. 👌

The boat is amazing, especially the furniture and the comfy bed. But it's the staff that makes the place - everyone is top notch. There is just no comparison with the first boat I stayed at, this one was superb.

The location is right in the middle of the Srinagar houseboat parade. If you're looking for a fun show just off your balcony, this is your place. I wanted a bit more peace and quiet, which might have been the case were it not Devali week.

I had the most amazing stay for 01 week in Pasadona Floating houseboat in Dal lake, Srinagar, from 02 October till 08th October 2022. I was there for a health retreat for my 75 year old mother who is suffering from a pulmonary fibrosis disease that leads to a breathing disorder. We decided to do this kind of a retreat purely because of the wonderful autumn weather in Srinagar and the efficient and warm hospitality provided by Suhail bhai and his entire family. My mother was advised and encouraged by her doctor to go to a hilly place that offers lots of pure oxygen and forget the oxygen therapy machine at home in Mumbai. Suhail bhai was very sensitive to the nature of requirements for my mother’s stay, keeping in mind her health condition and concerns. Right from the moment he picked us up from the airport, we felt secure, comfortable and happy. Suhail bhai really knows how to take care of his guests and he understood my mother’s case and the overall responsibility that he would have to endure along with this family, as we were not there for tourism or a short kind of a stay. He and his entire wonderful family, including his two main subordinates, Khurshid Bhai and Gani Bhai were always there for us, giving us luxury personalized service and with a very compassionate and joyful behaviour. Their attention to detail and promptness in their service continued diligently throughout our entire stay. For example, Suhail bhai had provided my mother with a radio bell near her bed, assuring her that someone would turn up at the door every time she rung it. And I saw that this particular commitment was always honoured. He even provided her with warm padded room slippers that were very helpful. In terms of food, everything was organised and customized according to our requirements, including generous servings of freshly cooked Kashmiri vegetarian dishes and delicious non veg food.

Quiet spot, super friendly staff, yummy home cooked meals.

Dal lake is quite peaceful and feels a bit luxurious and staying in a Pasadona Floating Houseboat is like the cherry on the top. Take maximum pictures and still, you will feel that there is much to click on as the houseboat is just so so so so lovely and all picturesque. I was crazily clicking pictures and changing my outfits after every hour. Yes, their Wifi is also too Good, High Peed Internet types ! you can manage your office work very easily there:💯 I have already left a part of my heart there and staying in Pasadona Floating Houseboats is one of the reasons to visit Kashmir next time for sure! Trust me Suhail is the most amazing host I've come across to date! Just go and enjoy the best of your time in Kashmir …you will not feel like leaving the houseboat at all..last but not the least we got to meet some amazing people who know how to treat people well. Thanks to you Mr Suhail for arranging the trip for us and thanks to Chacha for making our stay comfortable, my son had an amazing time with you.
