Incredible views of Mt Fuji and the private sauna and tub were exceptionally nice. The staff is hands down some of the most attentive of any place I’ve stayed. My only complaint is we didn’t have more time here.

Amazing location but the people are still the best asset of this place. The staff were very professional, very kind and very helpful. We felt like home or even better. We don’t remember the name of the mama her but he did. An extra mile in his hospitality, even brining us personally to the bus station. The food is excellent - we strongly recommend to book both breakfast and dinner at this place. The food is amazing and the view is perfect.

Удивительная атмосфера. Замечательное место с прекрасным видом на Фудзи. Невероятно доброжелательный персонал, который очень чутко реагирует на любые запросы гостей. Очень вкусная еда, как на ужин, так и на завтрак. Буквально напротив отеля станция проката лодок. Очень рекомендую. Мы обязательно вернемся!
