La vue fabuleuse sur le mont Fuji et le sauna individuel dans une belle chambre spacieuse !

Le système d'éclairage sophistiqué mais peu pratique même si la possibilité de changement d'ambiance peut être amusante.

We stayed for two nights, we were checked in 4 hours early, our bags were brought up to the room. The room had everything we needed for the duration and it was spotless. When spending that much on a room, it’s important to not have to leave it. A special mention to the ladies who hosted us for dinner and breakfast, including the chef. The food was “oishī”. They were very attentive and polite. Couldn’t thank them enough for making our time even more special. This was the 14/04, so again if the message could be passed on, we are so sorry we didn’t get their names. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Not necessarily a negative but I did think with the photos advertised that we’d have a bath with an open view of Mt Fuji but instead our room was laid out so we had a closed bath and the sauna was in view. But that’s all down to preference. Also maybe to have a lower gate/balcony as it can be quite restrictive on the view of Mt Fuji, but also understand this, probably for privacy reasons.

The most amazing views from our Fuji facing room - wow! That will be a lifetime memory. Dinner was also excellent and the staff were very helpful (including before arrival in helping me book an express bus to Mishima)

It’s in between the lake and a perfect view of Mt Fuji right behind! So you have great views all around and lots around you! Easy walk to a 7-11 and the bus stops.

No bar/lounge Very limited menu for dinner. Also my husband and I turned up at hotel 12.30pm of course we were early but soaked to skin as the weather was horrendous. They kept our suitcases and told us ( very nicely of course ) to come back at 3pm. We then made our way to find somewhere to keep dry and something to eat. We are in our late sixties so the property was definitely not suitable for us as they only had stair at entrance.

Bedden waren heel comfortabel en alles was zeer hygiënisch
