The dinner is exceptional. We saw Fudzi literally 5 seconds on the sunrise period. All other day it was hidden by clouds. Sauna in the room is a nice advantage

Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Bed was amazing and pillows were really soft. Sauna heated fast and it was amazing to sit in sauna and after dip in a cold tub of water from under mountain Fuji. Service was top notch and we felt really welcome. Onsen area was really relaxing and we had a really zen experience there.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, super friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Stunning views of Mt Fuji inside our private sauna and the public baths were tattoo friendly!

Very minor but we didn’t have a TV in our room.

Уединенное место, просторный отель с красивыми видами, сауна в номере очень необычно. Вкусный завтрак и ужин, вежливый персонал

Уборка в номере только по запросу, не первый eco friendly отель на моем опыте, но обычно заходят застелить кровать и выкидывать мусор, тут же нужно выставлять свой мусор за дверь если хочешь, чтоб его убрали, но это не критично т.к. можно было попросить об уборке

Le lieu était INCROYABLE ! Nous avons pris le Bain chaud sur la terrasse (chambre deluxe), aucun regret c’était au delà de nos attentes. Très spacieux, super propre, vraiment nous en restons bouche bée. Le personnel est très disponible et au petit soin je recommande !
