行李寄存服务很好，办理入住的时候已经搬到房间里了。 服务员也非常热情，旅馆还有一个露天私汤浴池，这是加分项，下雪的时候非常美

まずスタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。チェックイン対応時間外のチェックインだったのにも関わらず、きちんとした対応をとっていただき何ら困ることはなかった。次にお風呂は内風呂は思わず声が出てしまうほどの気持ちよさで、露天風呂はそれ以上の気持ちよさであった。他の人もコメントしていたように朝食も素晴らしいものであった。施設は多少の古さはあるがきちんと手入れをされており問題はない。温泉街に位置するが散策の際廃業している宿泊施設もある中で力のあるところだけが生き残っていると感じたが、その中の1つが当旅館であると感じた。

露天風呂が1つしかなく、好きな時間に入れる可能性が低いということと内風呂との距離があり1度着替えてから移動する点　内風呂のシャワーハンガーがあれば良かったと感じた。

Room was lovely, facilities were lovely. The chance to use the outdoor onsen privately for half an hour was a lovely addition. The indoor onsens were lovely too. Staff were lovely, friendly and caring and seemed genuinely interested in you as people. We had a fantastic experience where we had trouble getting up to the snow monkey park and the staff put in a lot of extra effort to help make sure we got there. We were really touched and it was a highlight of our trip. The dinner was fantastic, and was presented beautifully as was breakfast. A showcase of Japanese cuisine served with love and care for the ingredients! Easy to get to from Yudanaka station to here with a short walk, although this does involve a steep hill which you need to consider if carrying bags yourself.

The room, the staff, the onsen, the breakfast, the cleanliness. Most of all the staff were really helpful, kind and always answered our questions for us!! There hospitality was wonderful!

Nothing, everything was wonderful

A traditional Japanese Ryokan experience, but not intimidating if it's your first time. The staff are very kind and always happy to answer questions to make everything as pleasant as possible.

Google maps doesn't give the best directions to the property. It's easy enough to find, just look at the map instead of just following the route the GPS gives you.
