The best place to stay for our family🥰

We liked everything

Very convenient location right next to Shibu Onsen, unfortunately cannot access the 9 baths at Shibu Onsen but we already knew this prior to booking so we were totally fine with it. Instead, we were more than happy with the private onsens that were offered at this accommodation! Good variety or restaurants around the area, easy access to public transport to snow monkey park and even the mountain to Shiga Kogen ski resorts. The best thing about this accommodation is the amazing hospitality and kindness from the owner. From check in to check out, he made sure we had the best and most comfortable stay.

We arrived earlier than our booking but the lady owner was really friendly and looked after our bags she give us lifts to and from the train station free of charge I forgot her name but was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.

I couldn’t really fault this hotel apart from the limited snow outside.
