The host was so helpful. He drove us to the monkey park, and back to the station after we returned.

Super séjour. Bon accueil, très sympathique et prévenant. À savoir par booking le repas du soir n’est pas compris il faut le réserver à part. Le petit déjeuner était excellent notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir eu le dîner ! Belle chambre, grande taille. Futons relativement confortables, c’est traditionnel ! Onsen agréable que ce soit le petit ou le grand et facile à réserver. Mixte sur réservation (contrairement aux onsens publics, à savoir)

The hosts were phenomenal and so kind, we would absolutely stay with them again! The room and the on-site onsen were also amazing, not to mention the top tier traditional breakfast. Quite possibly the best place we stayed in our whole 3 weeks in Japan!

We loved the warm hospitality of Akira and his family. Do not skip the breakfasts, which were among the most delicious and unique meals we had in Japan. When there wasn’t a taxi available to go to the Snow Monkey Park or to the train station, Akira offered to take us and would not accept payment for doing so. They also gave us beautiful silk hand made tissue holders as we left, local apples and special candies for the kids. 10 out of 10!

The owners were amazing, really helpful, even gave us a lift to the monkeys park and the station.

This was one of my favourite places where I’ve ever stayed! Shibu onsen is such a nice town & this ryokan is beautiful! The two onsen baths are really nice as well and you can reserve them. The owners were amazingly kind and the breakfast was great. It’s good to know this ryokan is not apart of the onsen route. I got a key for two other baths outside of the ryokan from the owner and got a foot bath in the main street, so I still managed to have a nice stroll in my yukata so it’s was absolutely fine to me!

老闆特別的好、熱情、細心，我比較晚到的時候會詢問我什麼時候會到，也幫我移了車子，而且我隔天要趕飛機，需要早一點起來，老闆特別配合我的時間做了好吃的早餐，真的太感謝了！同天也有住宿的台灣人，他說這間旅館非常的乾淨，而且溫暖，他時常覺得這裡住得非常舒服，所以常常過來入住，完全可以理解他的想法！因為我也睡得非常舒服，房間非常的溫暖漂亮，晚餐也非常好吃！而且公共浴場也很舒服，我把兩個湯都泡了！
