Yudanaka Yasuragi

Los dueños son dos adultos mayores muy simpáticos y amables, nos cayeron muy bien, son muy serviciales y están atentos a todo lo que necesites, fueron por nosotros a la terminal del tren y también nos llevaron al santuario de los monos de nieve. Ofrecen cenas con costo extra, la cuales valen muchisimo la pena, delicioso!! El Onsen es lo mejor, perfecto después del frio del exterior.

La atención, el personal fue muy amable y cariñoso. Los baños termanles se podían convertir en privados por lo que te podías bañar tranquila. Las piezas grandes y cómodas. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y en gran abundancia. Nos fueron a buscar a la estación y luego nos dejaron en el parque de los monos. Cuando llegamos al hotel la pieza estaba lista y nuestras maletas en la pieza. El lugar muy cómodo y confortable.

Lo único que podría decir es que los baños (wc/toilet) eran compartidos. Separados hombres de mujeres. Era un poco incomodo cuando te levantas durante la noche para ir al baño pero a pesar de eso estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. Los pasillos del hotel se mantenían calientitos con estufas.

The owners Husband and Wife were real people welcoming us beginning to end! The ryokan stay with onsen and breakfast and dinner were the highlight of our trip! Authentic sleeping (large room) on tatami mats and food!

We loved everything!

Lovely onsen and a beautiful yukata was provided. Dinner was a multi-course feast, a great experience.

A little out of the way, but free pickup & drop off for the station make this less of an issue.

Ryokan tradicional muy acogedor, sus dueños fueron muy amables. Te van a recoger y a dejar a la estación de tren. , también te llevan al parque de los monos de nieve. Habitación espaciosa, primera vez que duermo en futon y fue bastante cómodo. El desayuno típico japonés muy rico, vale la pena probar. Onsen privado maravilloso.

No hay mucho que ver (turístico) en los alrededores a pie, pero en realidad fuimos allí para visitar el parque de monos y ellos te llevan en vehículo.

so many things i love about this place, this was easily one of our favourite places of our trip. we chose to stay here as we wanted a place with ryokan and its close to the snow monkey park. the hosts were lovely people, we arrived at the station at 12pm, and he had came to pick up our bags so we could go around and visit the town before we checked in. the room was very comfortable & spacious, and we also opt in for their Kaiseki dinner and breakfast which i strongly recommend anyone who are staying here to try out. we had a really good restful time here and the next morning, the host had fetched us to the snow monkey park in the morning. we took the bus back and it was a very smooth experience. if you are coming to nagano, this is 100% the place to be.

Notre meilleur hébergement au Japon! Nous recommandons sans hésiter. La propriétaire est adorable. Apres avoir lu les commentaires nous avons réservé pour le repas du soir et nous n'avons pas été déçu! Absolument à ne pas manquer si vois séjournez ici. Les chambres sont belles et très propres. 2 onsen sont à disposition, un vrai plus!! À 15min à pieds du centre de Yudanaka. Le service que propose cet hébergement est incroyable.

The hotel is super nice and clean

We had an amazing stay, I cannot recommend Yudanaka Yasuragi enough! The location was perfect, allowing for easy travel to the station and to see the snow monkeys. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience, communicating timeously, taking us to and from the station and to see the snow monkeys. Even when one of our members forgot their phone, they went the extra mile to help ensure we did not miss our train. The breakfast was fresh, filling and delicious. We were very impressed by the food as well as grateful for the accommodation made for our one member who has a gluten allergy. The onsen was beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. The rooms were private allowing you to soak with your party in peace. We were also provided with our own yukatas and extra toiletries. Thank you once again for everything and making our trip so special and memorable!
