Good location if you enjoy long walks, especially great for dogs. Property had basic facilities and could do with some TLC but ok for a short stay.

A lot of misleading information on the website which resulted in 2 very unhappy kids. "There is a games room on site and guests can enjoy the on-site bar". The games room was closed as well as a shared hot tub (very disappointing as there was nothing to do in the evenings). When the reception had eventually opened after two days, they agreed to open the games room in the evening so my kids could use it (however on one of the days they didn't leave the lights on so couldn't use it). The on-site bar doesn't exist and no places for a sit down meal within walking distance! Bungalow's description states "1 bathroom with a bath and a shower" however there is no bath, shower only. " Chocolate for guests", "When you arrive at the bungalow you will find a bottle of milk in the fridge as well as tea, coffee, sugar and some Welsh cakes". Although not that important but there was no chocolate, milk or coffee. Also the radiator wasn't working in the sitting room and although there was a small heater instead, it was not what you expect in the cold months.

The location, the property itself was clean and mostly well appointed. Nice that cleaning materials were provided with towel and tea towel.

Facilities were not as advertised. No hot tub which was a major reason for choosing this property. Hidden deposit with impersonal overly forceful cleaning request. No instructions on heater use, living room heater could not get to work. Site although clean was not welll presented, with a sterile army barracks like site layout. Lack of recycling facilities.

Accommodation was as described. Perfect location for walking the Gower coastal path. The facilities were good and comfort of the main bed was great, though the twin beds were a little hard. The owner was very helpful when we had difficulties accessing the property and with a heating issue.

Lack of WIFI was a little tricky, though we knew it was not available. Also perhaps more comfortable mattresses in the twin room would be good.

Great location for walking

It was a brilliant base for us, as we were travelling with a young baby. We had plenty of space for the mountains of stuff that a baby requires and weren't squished into one room. The bungalow was clean, well maintained and had everything we could need - towels, bedding, cleaning supplies, every kitchen utensil you can think of, even tea, coffee and tomato ketchup!

Personally, I found the bed a little small as it was just a standard double - but that's just our preference!

The complex is located only 8 minutes from Rhossili and just up the road from Port Eynon, both beautiful beaches. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. The kitchen is well-equipped. The heated pool was a nice temperature, open 10 am to 6 pm. There is a good chippy and a small grocery store at the entrance. There is also a PYO strawberry farm nearby.

No wi-fi and no cell phone coverage. No books at the property, only TV. It would have been good to know ahead of time, as I would have brought a book. I usually read on a tablet in the evenings.

Clean and comfortable. Very convenient set-up for checking in and out. Well equipped.

Excellent facilities, really clean and tidy area and accommodation. Very comfortable stay.
