CW77 St Osyth Beach Holiday Park

Nothing was very dirty dog hair ever where smelt mouldy mouldy in the bedrooms holes in the walls broken doors sticky tiles covering the holes stains all over the cities

And only stayed there 2 nights we had no over cooker didn’t really work and we had four children with us

Nothing as their were insects walking on the floor

The bedrooms stunk really bad the bathroom

Clean

No microwave

The beds were clean and comfortable. The Tv worked. The shower had good power.

-the sofas were dirty -ants everywhere in the living room -poor amount of cups/glasses, no bowls -states there is a microwave, there is not which was an issue for us as this is how I sterilised my baby’s bottles. -states no bedding provided however every bed had bedding on? -owner sent out a very rude message repeating about cleaning etc. however poor amount of cleaning supplies, provided were Degreaser, cloth, sponge, watered down washing up liquid, air freshener. They stated there was a mop, vacuum, tea towel and cleaning spray but there was not. I messaged about a vacuum but they replied ‘think it was stolen’ so I was unable to vacuum the carpets. -the carpets were very dirty, full of animal hair, bits and stains. -the bathroom sink was full, plug wouldn’t work so had to use the kitchen sink. -mould in the main bedroom. -cobwebs everywhere. -dirty old underwear outside the caravan when we arrived (have left them as I am not touching that!) -cigarettes all over outside, inside smelt strongly of smoke -wardrobes were full of old, dirty bedding and rubbish I have photos of all the above, but it won’t let me add them all to the review.

Don’t know what to say very disgusting
