The caravan was disguising I have used booking many times and am disgusted you use this on your site expect a refund

Well what can I say the caravan was in a bad state , holes in walls , broken furniture, food left in cupboards , poop on skirting board, fake eyelashes left on floor in bedroom along with clothes and mess under the bed , a mop bucket full Of dirty water , poop round the loo , it smelt of marijuana , gas canisters left outside the door that people Use to do balloons (happy crack as it’s known) clearly the host hadn’t been and checked first before re letting the property , when I complained I was told just stay for the first night then he’ll Refund me for the rest of the week but there was no way I could take two young children into that place ! I asked for a full refund as I hadn’t even stayed one night in the property but he only refunded me £200 of the £255 we paid , this took days for him To approve , when he went to the property he said the problems I complained about were minor things ! Well I’ll Post the pictures and you can judge for yourself ! I can’t even upload all of the pictures of how bad it was as I can only put four on here , Also be aware this man has more than one caravan he lets out in this site and neighbouring sites and they’re also not in very good condition and when people complain he only refunds some of the money it’s disgusting !

Caravan was shockingly bad. Dirty bedding musty smells, mould ,crisps and chocolate wrappers on floor ,fridge had food debris inside and food debris on floor in kitchen , waste was leaking under caravan,fag ends all around the front door ,rubbish thrown outside the rear of caravan it was an insult to expect my family to stay there.

The location next to the beach was nice and peaceful, the place was clean and well maintained.

Comfort wasn't great, one of the sofas collapsed when i was sitting on it but there was plenty of seats so I just sat on another one

Nothing atrocious. Couldn’t stay was so filthy.

Absolutely disgustingly dirty. Hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. Wasn’t one part of the living area that wasn’t caked in mud. Walked in and walked straight back out. Owners did not communicate or answer any calls …. Whole place reeked of cigarettes.

Black mould all in main bedroom along the wall, in the bathroom too.

Location

Very dirty, had not been cleaned before stay, no washing up liquid or cleaning products, mould on cushions and bedroom walls. Smelt of stale smoke and tobacco on cushions. Owner didn’t care when I messaged regarding the issues.
