This caravan requires a visit by the owner. Apart from 2 curries on plates with cutlery in the fridge Cupboards full of rubbish and the small wardrobe had 1 coat hanger on the floor with other rubbish on top. Ants everywhere in the kitchen, lounge bathroom and bedroom. The glasses were from a pub and the plates were a mixed bag. The oven was rotten dirty and the carpets badly stained with dog wee. The hoover stank and had the long tube missing. Curtains to the lounge and bedrooms were also missing or strung up. The TV was rotten with dirt on the back and front. The quilt covers stank of dirt and we put our own on The shower screen was thick dirty as was the toilet. The shower had loads of mould growth as did the walls in the lounge bedrooms and bathroom. You really need to visit. It’s a good caravan under priced but it needs cleaning

The van was terribly dirty. There were ants everywhere, rubbish and stains on the sofa and carpet. In addition, there were holes in the walls and animal hair. I came with my husband and children. Before using the caravan , I had to clean it all up and throw out the rubbish. I do not recommend, shame

It was so disgusting..not clean at all…food and pet hair everywhere ..the smell when you open the door Ants..empty packet of crisp .,tissue paper ,make up and used pad under the bed ..it’s was not comfortable..so we left ..it was so disgusting

The actual holiday park was lovely. Clubhouse was good The caravan was rented privately and therefore nothing to do with holiday park.

Caravan hadn't been cleaned and was dirty. I had to clean it prior to unpacking and since the owners have stopped communicating with me. They charge £30 for clean up and I think it's only fair I get £30 refunded as I had to clean (wash up, hoover, clear rubbish) after previous people. There were areas of damage to caravan walls. Kettle did not work. Stained carpets.

Nothing about the caravan at all. I spent most of my first day cleaning.

It was awful from the moment we undone the door. The smell was horrific and the state of the place from top to bottom it was evident there is no cleaner at all even though it is mentioned in the communication between myself and the sub letter. The whole caravan was awful. Dents in walls and doors, stains absolutely everywhere. You might have accustomed this to someone that was homeless as a starting point but be warned this place is the absolute pits. I ended up paying for new pillows and sheets that I used to cover the awfully stained cushions in the living room. I also ended up buying air beds for us to sleep in because of how awful the beds actually were. There has clearly been no maintenance in this absolute dive for months if not years. Maintenance is non existent. Date and time stamped pictures taken to prove how bad this place truly was and happy to share if needed.

The caravans I paid for was disgusting black curtains mold on the walls holes in the walls the caravans was just filthy damaged and just been abused and never put right again after would not recommend paying for anything off these people as when I informed them of the states of there caravans I got ignored

The location

No frying pan , only 2 glasses , bins still full up from the people before, rubbish and old sanitary towels left in the wardrobe, we had to go out and buy a new showerhead and cable because it was all broken !! None of the curtains shut properly because they were all broken ! The seating area was so stained and dirty , Holes in the walls !!

The place was absolutely filthy when I arrived at 7pm with my 9 year old son. It stank of cigarettes and cannabis, there were cigarette butts all over the sides and the floors in all rooms. The sink was full of stagnant dirty water. There was a cooked chicken carcass on the stove top. The bathroom floor was covered in urine and in the toilet was a massive pile of pooh. Needless to say I didn’t stay the night and have asked for a refund. The caravan owner has now called me a criminal and said I am only after a free holiday!
